The Capistrano Hacienda in San Juan Capistrano built its first homes in mid-1960. In this neighborhood, you can find huge homes built on oversized lots. You can see the best example of a Spanish Colonial estate homes in this part of the city. It’s not under any homeowners association as homes here are custom built.
